Intro to Paddle Board Yoga
2 Hour on-water Beginner’s Workshop. Limited to 10 participants.

Gain the confidence to enjoy SUP and SUP Yoga all summer long with this special 2 hour workshop! You’ll become familiar with your equipment, practice paddle strokes and explore a series of yoga poses with step-by-step guidance. Then, you’ll practice your new skills during an accessible beginners class. By the end, you’ll feel comfortable flowing on your board and know what to expect all summer long! Our CPR and SUP Yoga Certified instructors will be by your side to ensure you enjoy a safe and supportive experience.
Pre-registration required. No experience necessary! Minors under 18 must weigh at least 80lbs and be accompanied by an adult.
