Join our final sunset class of of August with guest instructor AJ Govoni, of AJ Govoni Holistic Fitness! Let the breath and nature be your guide as you move through Yoga poses and core strengthening exercises on a paddle board. We will begin with 15 min of on-land instruction and a paddle to the anchor location. This class will include a floating warm-up and core exercises, followed by 30 minutes of yoga poses, playtime and of course a blissful SEAVASANA to the sounds of the sea! SUP Yoga Master Class

Are you ready to advance your floating asana?! This 90 min class is perfect for yogis with an intermediate on-land practice who want to explore these poses on the water! Must have 2-3 prior paddle board yoga classes under your belt.
Join SUP Yoga Teacher Trainer, Sarah Graham, of Wildcraft Yoga & Healing Arts, for this Level 2 class. Sarah will lead us through a warm up that combines vinyasa and HITT (High Intensity Interval Training) Yoga, infused with pilates. While anchored in mindfulness, we will then progress our floating asanas and experience a flow. We'll round out our practice with some fun arm balances and inversions, and of course, close with a sweet savasana on the water.
Sarah is an E-RYT 500, licensed Maine Guide, and Wilderness First Responder, specialized in teaching SUP and SUP Yoga. Sarah is a Level 1 + 2 instructor with ASI (Academy of Surfing) and teaches with Portland Paddle in Portland, ME and Black Point Surf Shop in Scarborough, ME.
